Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Your seat in the class has been personally reserved—space is limited!
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you're unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements.


Each participant may reschedule once, and this must be:

  • Within 60 days for Provider-level courses, or
  • For the next available session in the case of Instructor-level courses.


Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the class and apply only to the initially scheduled date. A $10 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. Notification process if class is cancelled: Participant will be notified by email as quickly as possible.
Refunds are not available to for any AHA materials.
