Refund, Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Important information about reserved seats, schedule changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Your seat in the class has been personally reserved—space is limited!
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you're unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements.
Each participant may reschedule once. The rescheduled class must be:
- Within 60 days for Provider-level courses, or
- The next available session for Instructor-level courses.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the class and apply only to the initially scheduled date. A $10 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made on or after the class date. To reschedule or cancel, call (949) 394-4285 or (949) 418-2988.
If a class is cancelled, participants will be notified by email as quickly as possible. Refunds are not available for AHA materials.
